2025 COYBL LEAGUE RULES

Ages 9U and Up will also have to review the COYBL Pitch Smart rules listed in the left hand column.

9U MODIFIED RULES DIVISION - IF YOU DID NOT OPT INTO THE MODIFIED RULES DIVISION, THESE DO NOT PERTAIN TO YOU.

All rules the same at 9U except the following:

The only three Rules Modifications we are playing are:

1. 5 runs per inning cap. This is in place so teams play at least 3 innings of baseball per game. 

2. You can not leadoff or steal until the ball crosses the plate at any base. 

3. There is no drop third strike or infield fly.
